                                                           Team Squads

        Practice Sessions

 Teams squads is a activity where teams fight together in a large division league in there teams play matches versus each other on a special match schedule wich is monthly posted at the team forum. In each team there is one leader  who leads the team the leader of the team has access to the forum and accept new members into his team.Each  calendar month on the forum there shall be posted a schedule where all matches can be  founded, team forums are created for team consider and organization in there you can talk  with your team about game tactics, maps and everything that concerns the team.Each team has a color, name, leader, forum and medal, on the forum only people who are in the team have access to there team forum.

Team size and members
Each team has one leader and a amount of members the amount of members depends of the size of the division if a division is large it shall have more teams and more members but if a division is small it shall have less teams and less members.

Performance
As leader or as member everybody shall play a role in a team and everybody can earn medals and rewards in all kind of categories such as ingame play performance, success, activity etc

Leaders
Each team shall be leaded by a leader that shall be the council of UT and the rank commando who has in his rank and function to lead squad teams.

Teams for clanmatches
When a team shows good performance such as honor and respect a team shall be selected to fight in clanmatches with other clans, any team can be selected for clanmatches and there is not any skill requirement asked to play as team in clanmatches.

Team Squad Members
You are the people who participate in the teams and is responsible for showing up and  participate in matches, work as a team in all kind off aspects such as cooperation, effort, input, honor, respect remember that your support in the team is the team his welfare.

Team Squad Leaders
You are selected as leader and you are a example where other people look up to, you lead and is in charge of a  team you have great honor and respect and is responsible for the team and his performance.
