| | |  | |  |   | | | Welcome If this is your first visit to the ObsidianDragon gaming clan, you are most likely wondering who we are and what we do. Simply put, we are a group of people spread throughout the world with a similar interest: PC games. ObsidianDragon provides a home for its members, it is a place where we can chat about games and hold friendly conversations in our forums, participate in online tournaments with other OD members or other clans, enjoy practice matches, and most importantly, make new friends. ObsidianDragon was founded on February 4th, 2000, by Unicron and Hellfire. Since then we have experienced a lot of growth, today we are able to offer our members several game divisions ranging from the Battlefield series, to CounterStrike, JediKnight Academy, Halo, Call of Duty series, Star Wars Battlefront 2, Unreal Tournament and a few others. Large game servers, a global TeamSpeak server and a variety of other resources made available by all our contributing members. We do this for the love of PC gaming and most importantly for the love of participating in our ever expanding community. We are all volunteers, so the cost to join and participate is completely free. If you would like to be part of the ObsidianDragon family, please follow the simple join instructions and abide to our simple rules that are there to make sure that everyone can have fun in a good, clean fashion. Recently, several OD members have been in contact with members of the {AoD} clan, also known as the Assassin’s of Death. This clan was originally formed for UT1999 and has been active since the game’s inception. Recently, this clan has turned to CoD4, to bring new activity to their ranks with the excitement of a new hit FPS title. OD and AoD have since been in contact, exchanging messages between both of our forums. Their website can be found here: http://aodsniperclan.com/index.php . All OD members are encouraged to register on the AoD forums as they are a respectable, well-reputed clan with which we hope to form great relations with. That being said, all AoD members are welcome and encouraged to register and take part in our forum discussions. Also, all AoD members are more than welcome on our CoD4 and UT99 servers. Whenever a clan has a downtime you find out who your friends really are. In these dark times OD was experiencing we can not send enough thanks to the MERC Clan (www.clanmerc.org), our beloved allies who took us in from the rain when we had nowhere to go. We send many thanks for letting us use their boards, even when it caused some trouble with unwanted guests. We're proud to have them as an ally and will never forget this great favour they have done for us. All hail the MERC Clan! |
